Campus Beautifications are a special set of projects at the Seedling Foundation. Our Foundation works closely with the administration, faculty and parents at selected Austin I.S.D. schools to transform the school facilities and grounds. Our goal is always to provide AISD students, staff and parents with a lovely place to learn and a school they can be proud to support.
We are very appreciative of the partnership we have with the AISD central office and grounds workers and could not do this difficult work without them. See our Gallery for photos of Seedling Campus Beautifications throughout the years.
What our Campus Beautification partners are saying about Seedling:
"Lamar Middle School's prayers for beautification have been answered in the form of the partnership between AISD and The Seedling Foundation. I am deeply impressed and grateful for the massive amount of work and materials that have been invested towards this transformative project. The Lamar staff, neighbors, local businesses, parents and students have joined in this collaborative movement to make Lamar a wonderful place to go to school. The community has responded by volunteering their services in the form of manpower, complimentary food and beverages, and even furnishings for our parent and counseling centers.
Mr. Blazier's crew, Marco, Manual, Daniel, Eusebio, Joe, and many others, are working day after day to prepare and "purple-ize" Lamar. They even restored our Victory Bell and tower.
AISD and The Seedling Foundation through the support of the local community have demonstrated once again the power of collaboration for the sake of children.
